I have water downstairs but nothing from the taps upstairs. Why?

Yes. Click-clack and pop-up wastes often jam when hair and soap build up around the mechanism, or when the spring breaks. Don’t force it, as you could damage the seal and cause a leak. We’ll free and clean the waste, or replace it with a new one if it’s broken.
